Delicious caramel-coated apples on a stick, perfect for a Halloween or Fall-themed treat.

- Each caramel apple is approximately 250 calories.
Directions
Wash and dry 6 medium-sized apples. Remove the stems and insert a wooden stick into each apple.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Stir continuously until the mixture boils and reaches a caramel consistency.
Remove the caramel from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
Dip each apple into the caramel, giving it a gentle twirl to coat it evenly.
Allow any excess caramel to drip off the apple, then place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
Let the caramel apples cool and set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
